Notice of Filing of Labor Condition Applications
These labor condition application (LCA) notices are being displayed in accordance with U.S. Department of Labor regulations for employers petitioning for H-1B/E-3 visas. This page lists positions for which Harvard University intends to hire H-1B/E-3 employees. The "Notice of Filing of Labor Condition Application" is not a posting for an open position. Please note that candidates have already been selected to fill these positions.
Pursuant to 20 CFR 655.734, Harvard University is providing notice to potentially affected workers that nonimmigrant workers are being sought for the following positions. Each LCA is available for public inspection at the Harvard International Office, 1350 Massachusetts Avenue, Room 864, Cambridge, MA 02138.
Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the labor condition application and/or failure to comply with the terms of the labor condition application may be filed with any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the United States Department of Labor.
