HuQing Piemonte, the HIO advisor for HBS, will hold office hours in Wilder House on HBS campus from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm during the following dates for the fall semester 2009. Please feel free to drop in to see HuQing for immigration related questions. No appointment is needed.

Harvard School of Public Health, Harvard Dental School, and Children's Hospital
Maria Hernandez of the HIO holds office hours on Thursdays in the Kresge Building for students and scholars at the HSPH, Dental School, and Children's Hospital (see below for directions).

Office Location: School of Public Health 677 Huntington Avenue, Room G-18, Boston. Kresge Building is next to the Medical School Countway Library. To get to room G-18, enter Kresge, go down the stairs, take a left, walk all the way to end of hall, G-18 is the door on your right (Career Services Office).

Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC)
Miriam Schmidt, Advisor to International Students and Scholars at the HIO, holds monthly office hours the second Thursday of each month (except where noted*) from 1:20 pm - 4:00 pm at the BIDMC. Please note that this is a shared office space. If you need to speak with Miriam about a confidential matter, you may wish to make an appointment with her at her office in Harvard Square.

Directions
From the main building (330 Brookline Ave) take the Feldberg elevators to the 8th floor. Go to the right out of the elevator and take the first left down a long hall. Part-way down the hall you will see a door on the right that enters into a stairway. Go up the stairs to floor 8M, enter TEAM 5 room to the left, and take a left into the cubicle office space. Miriam Schmidt will be in one of the cubicles.

To schedule an appointment send an e-mail to Miriam at
miriam_schmidt@harvard.edu with BIDMC APPOINTMENT in the subject line. Appointments are 20 minute slots starting at 1:20 and ending at 4:00. The schedule will be posted outside the cubicle.
