Office Hours

The HIO is open to the public from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday. It is closed on weekends and holidays.

University Holidays

Most Harvard offices are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. University offices, banks, post offices, and many stores close in observance of legal holidays. The University usually closes for the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day.

Building Security Procedures

Please be aware that Holyoke Center security officers will ask all individuals entering the building for their Harvard IDs or evidence of Harvard affiliation. International students, scholars and family members who have just arrived in the United States may present passports and visa documents in order to have access to the HIO or any other offices in Holyoke Center.
